Scope and identity
Aevum treats the living neural core and original ocular tissue as the primary identity substrate. Information derived from that substrate is protected medical and identity data, regardless of whether it is processed in a clinic, body, local node, or global support system.
What Aevum processes
Candidate records may include contact information, medical history, neural maps, ocular biometrics, voice, gait, memory-adjacent calibration markers, sensory preferences, body configuration, location-specific diagnostics, account status, and intervention logs. Raw autobiographical memory is not an Aevum product.
Control, access, and deletion
Clients may access, correct, export, restrict, or request deletion of eligible data. Records necessary to preserve an active primary substrate, establish informed consent, comply with medical law, or document a safety intervention may be retained for the required period.
Sensory telemetry and Concord
Aevum processes immediate sensory and motor telemetry to operate the body, prevent harm, diagnose faults, and support declared safety environments. Concord intervention events are logged. Access may be restricted where disclosure would materially compromise active security architecture.
