Agreement and eligibility
Continuance services are available only after clinical, legal, psychological, and financial qualification. A body commission is specific to one client and may not be transferred, resold, inhabited by another person, or used without an active licensed neural bridge.
Commissioning and active care
Transfer investment covers body commissioning, pre-transfer mapping, clinical transfer, calibration, and the initial 90-day return program. Active Continuance Care is required for vital-system telemetry, security updates, replacement components, global clinical access, and articulation licensing.
Charter rights and client obligations
Clients retain biological title to the primary substrate and the rights recorded in their individual Charter. Clients must maintain approved operating conditions, complete scheduled diagnostics, avoid unauthorized kernel modification, and keep their care account current.
Service interruption and Protected State
If payment, security, or diagnostic requirements remain unresolved after applicable notice, enhancements and articulation services may be limited. Protected State maintains biological support and a safe physical posture while the underlying condition is resolved. Emergency interventions and recovery services may incur additional fees.
